Patrick Ermlich is a seasoned music industry professional hailing from Brooklyn, New York. Born into a musical family of opera singer-entrepreneurs, he inherited a unique combination of artistic and business acumen. he honed his skills through formal education, including studies at Northeastern University's music business program in Boston and The Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences in Arizona.

Starting as an engineer and producer at the renowned Cutting Room Recording Studios in New York City, he rose through the ranks to eventually manage and develop the studio into one of the most successful in the city, collaborating with some of the biggest names in the music industry along the way. Patrick’s entrepreneurial spirit led to the launch of an independent record label, followed by a leading music publicity agency, Gramophone Media. At Gramophone, Patrick served as CMO and General Manager, and led A&R efforts for over a decade, including the signing of BTS.

With over 1000 artists in his portfolio and a reputation for insightful, direct, and thoughtful artist and business development, he is a sought-after mentor, strategist, and collaborator. Patrick also works as a consultant for music businesses and startups where he coaches founders and CEOs on business development and M&A.

Patrick contributes to the community through artist mentorship, speaking engagements, blogging, advocating for women and underrepresented groups in the music industry, and as an educator at Berklee Online, where he specializes in Brand Identity Development.

Ellie Fern is a radiant singer-songwriter who masterfully pairs poignant lyrics with irresistible melodies. Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Ellie has established herself as a prominent figure in the local music scene. She has graced the stages of many iconic Arizona venues, including The Rebel Lounge, Valley Bar, Crescent Ballroom, and the Pepsi Amphitheater, where she has opened for Melissa Etheridge, Switchfoot, Collective Soul, and Bruce Hornsby & The Noisemakers. After six years of performing as a solo artist, Ellie is now the leader of her five-piece alternative indie band, Ellie Fern & The Evergreen, whose sound draws inspiration from Big Thief, Maggie Rogers, Regina Spektor, and Margaret Glaspy.

A Canadian/German artist, activist, and guide, her music has been featured in 25+ hit TV shows and trailers, weaving dramatic soundscapes with urgent messages about the state of our planet. With a voice that is quirkily recognizable and a passion that is contagious, Lila has toured internationally, sharing stages with a wide range of notable names.

Beyond the stage, Lila is a certified nature therapy guide, public speaker, certified coach, podcast host, and dedicated environmental and animal advocate. Raised by a Jungian dream analyst and psychotherapist, she was introduced to numerous healing modalities from the very beginning of life. Over the past 30 years, Lila has immersed herself in leadership, self-development, and healing arts programs, including Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Solsara, Landmark Education, Reiki Level III, the Master In Transformational Training Legacy Program, Osho, mindfulness and Vipassana meditation, and Ganja Yoga teacher certification training.

Combining her deep experience as a healer, performer, creator, leader, and activist, Lila helps fellow creators find alignment, vision and purpose, catapulting them into their fullest potential while making an impact on the world.

After earning degrees in music and psychology from Northern Arizona University in 2010, Holly Pyle embarked on a dual path as both a performer and a coach. Her vocal talent, described as a blend of "the smooth richness of Billie Holiday with the fluttering tones of Merrill Garbus" (Phoenix New Times), has led her to innovative work in vocal loop arranging and barrier-pushing songwriting. She regularly performs jazz across the West Coast and tours nationally with the folk rock group Live from Laurel Canyon. Simultaneously, Holly applied her academic background to develop a unique coaching practice that integrates music and psychology. Her approach supports a wide range of students, whether they're focusing on vocal performance, songwriting, or broader life coaching. Through a combination of physical and mental exercises, she emphasizes the importance of mindset and mindfulness for achieving sustainable artistry and personal vitality. Since 2014, she has guided hundreds of people toward healthier relationships with their craft and themselves. Recently, Holly expanded her creative pursuits by producing music-inspired abstract pen art and releasing an original solo alternative pop record under the name Elyp.
